Short, and in the same plain English we ask vendors to use.

These terms have not yet had a legal review

They describe the arrangement accurately as the product works today, but they were written by the team rather than by a lawyer and must be reviewed before launch — particularly before any money moves through the platform.

What Booked N Busy is

We are a directory. We help you find beauty and party vendors, compare their terms, and contact them. The booking itself is between you and the vendor.

We are not the service provider, we do not employ vendors, and we are not a party to your agreement with one. We do not currently take payment for bookings or hold deposits.

What we do and do not promise

We check some specialties ourselves and mark them as verified. Anything a vendor has simply told us is labelled as self-declared, and we show the difference rather than blurring it.

A reliability score is a summary of past cancellations and no-shows. It describes what has happened before; it is not a guarantee about your booking.

We do not guarantee that a vendor will accept your request, hold a date, or complete the work. If something goes wrong with a job, the vendor is responsible for it.

Using the site

Be accurate. Do not impersonate a business, claim a listing that is not yours, or post someone else’s photographs as your own work.

Reviews must come from a real booking. We tie reviews to confirmed bookings for exactly that reason, and we remove reviews we find to be fabricated, incentivised or written about a job that never happened.

Do not use the site to harass anyone, and do not use it to collect vendors’ details for your own marketing.

For vendors

You are responsible for your own licensing, insurance, tax and compliance, and for the accuracy of your prices and terms.

Your deposit, cancellation window and late policy are structured fields shown to customers before they contact you. Honour what your listing says — a customer relying on it is the point of showing it.

Only upload photographs of work you did, and only where you have the right to publish them. If a photograph shows an identifiable person, you confirm you have their permission.

A customer confirming a booking is what creates the record a review can attach to. Claiming a booking a customer does not confirm does nothing, and repeatedly claiming false bookings is grounds for removal.

Unclaimed listings

Some listings were built from public business information so that local customers can find services near them. They show public facts only, they are labelled as unclaimed, and we do not create reviews or portfolios for them.

If a listing is yours you can claim it free, or ask us to remove it. Removal needs no account and no justification.

Ending it

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms — most often for fake reviews, impersonation or claiming a listing that is not yours.

A record that a booking happened is kept where a review depends on it. If you want the review removed, we remove the review.
